Neoland’s curriculum is laser-focused on getting students careers. The school was founded in 2015 by Carlos Cazaña, who also founded the Spanish digital art school Trazos in 1990. Cazaña added the school to his entrepreneurial portfolio intending to help students bypass long university educations and quickly enter the tech workforce. School Locations

In addition to its online-only education, Neoland maintains two in-person locations in Spain. Its Madrid campus is located in the quiet southern Las Delicias district of the nation’s capital, conveniently located near cafes, theatres, and public parks where students can relax at ping pong or basketball. The Barcelona campus is in El Poblenou, a bustling neighborhood with many hotels, bars, and restaurants, as well as public art parks. The school is also a brisk ten-minute walk to the Playa de Bogatell, where students can play beach volleyball beside the Mediterranean Sea. What Classes Are Available?

The comprehensive course catalog at Neoland includes full-time and part-time bootcamps as well as individual classes in dedicated subjects. The UX/UI Design bootcamp covers UX research, UI design, and service design. In the Full Stack web development bootcamp, students learn the fundamentals of web design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, before progressing to React JS in front-end design, and then back-end design with further JavaScript instruction and experience in Node.js, ExpressJS, and MongoDB. Data Science bootcamp students learn Python to work with data analytics, data visualization, machine learning, and AI. The Cybersecurity bootcamp offers students instruction in offensive hacking, defensive hacking, and the evaluation of security. Except for the Cybersecurity modules, all bootcamp units are available for students to take part-time online à la carte.

Class Formats

Students at Neoland have the option of studying part-time or full-time live online. Full-time bootcamp students in the web development or UX/UI design tracks can also study in-person at the school’s Barcelona and Madrid campuses. All full-time bootcamps include 480 hours of live instruction over 12 weeks; part-time bootcamps cover 360 hours of live instruction over 36 weeks. All à la carte courses are 120 hours long over three months. The Neoland curriculum emphasizes learning by doing. Students work on several practical assignments throughout the course, and the final two weeks of full-time bootcamps are dedicated to the production of professional capstone projects.

To apply to a Neoland bootcamp or course, prospective students must complete a basic online application to speak with the admissions team. The student’s admissions counselor guides them through the application and registration process, including evaluating for any prerequisites that a course may require.

Pricing & Payment Options

Tuition for full-time online bootcamps is around €6.495, while part-time online bootcamps cost €6,000. The school offers partial scholarships and discounts for eligible students, as well as installment plans through the school’s financial partners. Additionally, Neoland recently started an Income Share Agreement for eligible students. À la carte courses each cost €2,000, and discounts are available through the school’s admissions team.
