Overview	Learn how to use Photoshop to create and optimize graphics for web and UI design, including designing on grids, extracting image assets, and creating hi-res 2x graphics. This course covers modern techniques that are specifically relevant to UI and UX designers.	Learn how to create and optimize animated GIFs in Photoshop, including creating simple animations, using tweening, reducing file size, creating complex animations, using video in GIFs, and embedding animations in smart objects. This course is designed for individuals with prior experience using Photoshop.	Take your Photoshop skills to the next in this advanced Photoshop course. Learn how to make better selections (including hair), retouch skin, adjust color, use channels, use the Pen tool and work with vectors, realistically combine photos, and much more.
Prerequisite	Students should be comfortable with the basics of Photoshop. If you’re comfortable using another Adobe app (such as InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) but haven’t used Photoshop you will probably be fine. If you have never used Photoshop or another Adobe app, consider taking either our Photoshop in a Day or Photoshop Bootcamp class. Familiarity with how webpages are coded with HTML and CSS is helpful, but not required.	Students should have equivalent knowledge of Photoshop to what we teach in our Photoshop Bootcamp.	Students should have a foundational understanding of Photoshop, equivalent to what we teach in our Photoshop Bootcamp.
