Overview
Get a solid understanding of Sketch so you create designs for different size screens, tap into the power of symbols (reusable design components), build clickable prototypes using InVision as well as Sketch’s native prototyping tools, export graphics, learn about useful plugins that make working in Sketch better, and much more.
In this UX design class you will learn the fundamentals of engaging with the user, concept development and prototyping. You will also practice how to critically analyze and communicate your findings to the team and a real-world client. This intensive UX course prepares you to understand the basics of user experience practice through various methodologies and real-world projects.
Learn to design websites for mobile and desktop using timeless principles such as color, layout, and typography, as well as visual conventions, standards, and trends. You will learn the process and principles for designing responsive websites through lectures and hands-on exercises.
Prerequisite
Open to Beginners
This UX course is for beginners and no prior user experience design knowledge is required. However, participants should have knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent prototyping app. Our UX & UI Design Certificate includes this UX Bootcamp and the prerequisite Adobe XD course, as well as courses in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Visual Design, all at a 15% discount.
Students should have strong working knowledge in either Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
