In this 18-hour class, participants will learn the important fundamentals of Illustrator so they can start using it right away. Attendees will create a variety of graphics such as logos, icons, patterns, and more. Students will learn how to use the Pen tool to draw custom vector graphics, convert hand-made drawings to vectors, use the Pathfinder feature to merge basic shapes into complex shapes, create patterns for fashion design, save files appropriately for web or print, and much more. The class includes a free retake and a step-by-step workbook.

This 2-day course teaches students how to use the basic functions of Adobe Illustrator. Instructors will cover Artboards and Workspaces before introducing the Tool Palette. Students will learn how to use Live Paint, the Pen tool and all of Photoshop’s patterns and color palettes. Completion of the program will prepare students to create professional effects, logos and multilayered designs.

This 2-day beginner class in Adobe Illustrator kicks off the course by thoroughly reviewing the illustrator interface and then merging into teaching new skills that can be found behind more complex drawings. Students will discover the skills behind using tools, panels, customizing and saving workspaces, setting up and saving document presets, using multiple artboards, and navigating the different elements when creating illustrations. The lessons are created to teach you the basics behind Adobe Illustrator and prepare you for more advanced content.

The next step after completing the beginner's course in Adobe Illustrator is advancing to Level 2, which is a 3-day class that teaches students at a faster pace and incorporates real-life uses and applications. The content will continue advancing the student's knowledge of Adobe Illustrator by challenging their current abilities and the knowledge they gained in the previous lesson.
