This course covers the fundamentals of design theory and popular software for graphic and UX design, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

In this certificate program, participants will learn the skills needed to become a website designer and front-end web developer. Students will learn to build webpages with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as how to design webpages with Figma. Participants will learn developer tools such as Git to collaborate with developers, modern web technologies such as Flexbox, Grid, and Bootstrap to efficiently create responsive websites, WordPress to create websites and blogs, and the creation of marketing emails with HTML & CSS. Attendees will learn the skills needed to start a career in web design. The program includes a free retake and each course includes a step-by-step workbook.

In this 2-day advanced HTML5 & CSS3 Responsive Web Design course, students learn how to create websites that will respond to different screen sizes – whether PC or mobile. Students will learn how to evaluate user experience and best practices for design practices. This course is intended for students comfortable working with HTML5 and CSS.

This course introduces new users to the fundamentals of Adobe Photoshop. Students learn to create, edit, and apply special effects to images and text. They will also learn photo retouching, tonal correction, deep etching, image editing, color painting, and montaging.

In this course, new users who only need to learn some of Adobe Photoshop develop foundational skills to prepare images to a minimum requirement. Students learn to resize images, crop images, change brightness and contrast, and prepare images for print or the web.

This 3-day course covers the fundamentals of Photoshop CS6. Topics include retouching and color correcting photos, creating selections, working with layers, masks, channels, typography, vector drawing, saving files, and more. This course is meant for beginners who want to learn the essentials.

This 3-day course is geared for people with prior Photoshop experience who want to work with web and video graphics. Students will learn how to design responsive website layouts that are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop screens, as well as workflow tips and tricks.

In this 2-day class, students will learn how to take their Photoshop retouching skills to the next level. Students will move beyond the basics and learn how to make complex selections, apply advanced color correction techniques, explore masking in-depth, discover secret ways of using blend modes to improve contrast and color correction, and more. Attendees will also learn advanced sharpening techniques, how to smooth skin textures, and how to use color management to more faithfully reproduce colors across various media types such as web and print.

This course introduces fundamental techniques of Adobe InDesign to new users. Students learn to create a range of print and marketing designs. They will also learn graphic design topics, including color, image resolution, design layout, typography, printing, and PDF concepts.

In this course, students who don't need to learn the whole Adobe InDesign program learn the foundations instead. Students will create stationary, flyers, and ads throughout the course as they learn to set up documents, work with images, format text, and prepare files for exporting to PDF.

In this course, Adobe InDesign users develop advanced skills in the program. Students learn Quick Apply, GREP, and Adaptive Design tools. They will also work with Creative Cloud Libraries, content collector tools, Adobe Fonts, and the Color Theme tool.

This class introduces new Adobe Illustrator users to the fundamental skills of the program. Students learn to draw and create patterns, gradients, and vibrant effects. As Illustrator is a strong typographic tool, students will also learn to enter, import and style text to make messages stand out.

This course dives into the essential functionality of Adobe After Effects for new users. Students learn to create motion graphics and visual effects. They will learn disciplines including composting, image correction, animated effects, and 3D animation.

This course introduces the fundamentals of Adobe Premiere Pro to new users. Students learn to utilize the program for social media, e-learning materials, websites, product demonstrations, and corporate videos. Students will explore ways to insert messages into their projects through video editing.

In this 6-hour class, participants will get started with the basics of InDesign for creating or editing page layouts. Students will learn how to work with type, graphics, apply color, create 2-page layouts, prepare files for printing, and export to a PDF. Students who complete this program will be able to create professional quality content using Adobe InDesign CS6.

Learn advanced InDesign skills in this 2-day course covering the skills needed for long, complex documents. Students will learn how to create interactive E-books, create shortcuts, use hyperlinks, and work with form fields. They will be able to create magazines, business plans, and other documents.
