Taking this course was a valuable experience. I appreciate that the content for this course and Microsoft Word Level I covered a wide range of software features, most of which are relevant to my job.
The instructor was great! She was patient, asked questions to make sure we were all on the same page, and understood the training content/materials. The class content and materials were clear, and if there was a misunderstanding of any of the materials, she responded with clarity. I wasn't too sure if I would receive the information the same over a Zoom call vs. being in-person, but it was a productive outcome.
