The Microsoft Word Expert Certification Bundle includes both Level I and Level II classes. The bundle covers the exam cost (including a free retake), two hours of private tutoring before the exam, and complimentary proctoring. It also includes free retakes of both courses and the official Microsoft Word Expert Exam Study Guide to support your preparation. You may choose to replace the exam with one additional hour of private tutoring.
