This course provides comprehensive training in SQL Server, with the aim of helping students achieve their certification in the language upon completing the course. This course covers basic, intermediate, and advanced SQL techniques, meaning students will start by learning core database concepts and the differences between major types of SQL (as well as their ideal use cases).
Intermediate and advanced training will cover advanced analysis techniques, including how to work with joins, data types, aggregate functions, and date/time operations to uncover deeper insights and organize complex datasets. Students will learn to write sophisticated queries and utilize techniques like subqueries, CASE expressions, views, functions, and stored procedures. Taken together, these are all key skills for roles in data analysis, data science, and database management.
This course aims to ensure that students, regardless of their skill level, are prepared to work with SQL Server in a professional capacity upon completing the course. Each student will receive a certificate of completion upon graduation and will be able to work alongside certified trainers and experts as part of the live course structure.

Definitely a class and instructor I would recommend for new learners and would like to see again in the more advanced classes. The materials were appropriate for the class, and I appreciated having them ahead of time to review and practice. The instructor makes a difficult topic easy to understand. He moves at a comfortable pace and takes the time to answer questions and work through any problems you may have. He adds humor and analogies that make this lighter and easier to conceptualize. He allows time for practice, making mistakes, and finding your way.
