In this 7-hour beginner course, students will learn the fundamentals of project management. This course is broken down to cover the first two phases of project management: Initiation and Planning. As students progress to the planning phase, they will discover how to break down work and distribute tasks, define and sequence activities, create network diagrams, estimate activity resources, establish start and completion times, and much more.

In this 7-hour project management course, students will build on the fundamental project management knowledge they acquired in Level 1. This course is broken down to cover the last three phases of project management: Execution, Controlling, and Closing.
