In this course, students explore each of the five phases of project management in great detail and depth, understanding and addressing the nuances of each stage. Major concepts covered include task analysis, critical path method, work breakdown structure, planning and timelines, and ongoing monitoring.

This course is designed for students that already have a working knowledge of the five stages of project management and want to increase their efficacy in managing complex projects. This course is also helpful for those pursuing a PMP certification.
