Graphic Design Classes Live Online

In this 18-hour class, participants will learn the important fundamentals of Photoshop to start using it right away. Attendees will work on a variety of projects from photo editing to creating graphics for web and print. Students will learn how to retouch photos, correct color, combine photos, use layers, start working with masks, use filters, save files properly for print, web, and more. In this 18-hour class, participants will learn the important fundamentals of InDesign to start using it right away. Attendees will work on a variety of projects: 1 and 2-page advertisements, a double-sided brochure, a magazine layout, and even an entire book! Students will learn how to work with type, graphics, manage large files using paragraph and character styles. Students will also master pages, learn how to prepare files for printing, and how to export to a PDF. The class includes a free retake and a step-by-step workbook.

Learn the essentials of engaging with the user, concept development, and prototyping for an optimal user outcome. Students develop the ability to analyze and share results with a real-world client in a customer-centered approach. Through the use of stunning designs created in Figma and Adobe XD, participants develop the finely tuned nuances of UX/UI.

Attendees will create a variety of graphics such as logos, icons, patterns, and more. Students will learn how to use the Pen tool to draw custom vector graphics, convert hand-made drawings to vectors, use the Pathfinder feature to merge basic shapes into complex shapes, create patterns for fashion design, save files appropriately for web or print, and much more. In this 6-hour class, students will learn the basics of Photoshop for digitally touching up photographs. Students will discover foundational retouching and color correction techniques, learn how to make selections, and how to save files properly for web or print.
