This course really helped to show me the correct way to go about the basics and also taught me things I didn't know Final Cut was capable of. I was amazed by how much material was covered in three days, but I never felt like it was being rushed through. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn the ins and outs of Final Cut.
