Note: These materials offer prospective students a preview of how our classes are structured. Students enrolled in this course will receive access to the full set of materials, including video lectures, project-based assignments, and instructor feedback.

In this video, we're going to be replacing our Lorem Ipsum filler text with the actual copy. So in this case, let's open up our folder and open up the Phase 10 copy document.

If we scroll down, we can see the marketing materials that have been provided for us. In this case, the marketing team has put together some copy for us to insert. They have the statement we have before: Phase 10 Construction is built on the foundation of three core values.

If we look at our artboard, we can see we already have this, and next, if we go into the Word document, we can see that we have the copy for the bottom of our artboard. So let's copy all of this text by highlighting it and hitting CTRL+C to copy the text. We'll then go back into our Photoshop file, and double-clicking on the Lorem Ipsum and hitting CTRL+V to paste the text.

As we can see here, we don't quite have all of the text, so let's expand our text box downward. We'll have to do a little work adjusting this, so let's expand our text box to be a little bit taller, and now let's work with the fonts. For these fonts, I like the idea of Chivo Bold at 100 points; however, rather than being center-aligned here, I'd like these words to take up the entire space from left to right.

To do this, we're going to open our Character and Paragraph panel from the Options bar, and under the Paragraph panel, let's hit the icon so that the words stretch all the way from the left to the right-hand side. Next, let's expand our text just a little bit by hitting CTRL+A to highlight all of them, and let's bring the size of our characters up just a little bit. I think I like it as a shorter number of lines a little bit better, so let's leave it at 85 points, and for "Our Values Are Built for Your Peace of Mind, " let's break that up into two lines.

We'll click right after "for, " delete the space, and hit ENTER, and now we have this broken up. Next, let's work a little bit with the colors. For "Our Values Are Built for Your Peace of Mind, " let's expand the size of this text and change it to 100 points and hit ENTER.

In addition, let's change the color of this text. To do this, let's first set PTC Logo as our Foreground color, and this has automatically changed all of the text to be the same color. So let's go back into our text, highlight the top text, and then for our color in our Character panel, we'll select the black color that makes up the color of our brand and of the diamond behind our frame.

We'll click OK. We now have our dark PTC Color with the green below. Let's work on the spacing just a little bit more by dragging our text down while we hold Shift, and next let's create a selection of these icons in the middle and drag them down slightly while holding Shift, and finally let's click outside the artboard.

I think the only change we want to make is let's move these diamonds down just a little bit more. We'll create a selection selecting all of these elements and dragging them down slightly while holding Shift. We'll click outside the artboard.

Finally, we'll move the title up using the arrow keys and Shift and click outside the artboard, and now I like the look of this; it looks good. It's well spaced and it's a captivating artboard. We're now ready to begin exporting our image.

To do this, we'll go back to File, Export, then Export As, and we'll export this image just like we exported our first banner. We'll change the format from PNG to a JPEG, and then next let's go down to our scale and again we're going to change it from 65 percent down to 25%. Let's now give our computer a little bit of time to be able to create our preview, and I'll come back when the preview has been created.

Looking at this, we have a good-looking banner here, so let's export it. We'll go to Export All, and we're going to name this PTC Banner 2 as a JPEG and we'll click Save. We've now finished exporting our second banner.

Nicely done. We can close this box while the preview continues loading. Let's now save our work using CTRL+S on the keyboard, and in the next video, we're going to begin working on our third banner.

See you there!
