In this video, we'll be working on Page 4 as part of our firm profile. So let's scroll down to Page 4 and change our perspective so we can see this page clearly.

Next, let's open our Request for Proposal found within our folder, and if we look at our Request for Proposal on Page 8, we'll see the tabbing of sections. Here, they want a statement of qualifications, including a chart, size of the firm, how many full-time employees, and various other questions. We're going to add many of these items to our firm profile.

We can minimize this now, and let's open up our firm profile information found within our web materials. Within projects like this, it's often common to have multiple sources of information that you need to pull from and organize into a single document. In this case, we're going to be pulling our firm profile information from our web materials, and these are most likely materials we found on the website.

So in this case, let's copy these first two paragraphs as the first part of our firm profile. We'll select them all, and then hitting CTRL+C, we'll copy the text. Let's now go into our document. Before we paste this text into our document, let's talk about how this page is going to be organized.

On this firm profile page, we're going to have our title at the top, a photo on the left-hand side, and then our Text Frame on the right-hand side. So let's utilize our Type Tool and paste this text in. You can just place it on the right side here like this and hit CTRL+V to paste our text.

Next, we want to add our firm profile title. To do this, let's create a Text Frame right on these top three lines here, and we're going to type out “Firm Profile.” Next, let's stylize this text.

We'll hit CTRL+A to select it, and then let's change the font to Chivo. We'll use Chivo Black, and let's now increase the font size. We'll bring it up to 30 points and hit ENTER. Finally, we'll center it.

This looks pretty good so far. Let's adjust it so it's only on this baseline right here. We'll align it to the top of the Text Frame, and this looks good.

As one final change, let's change the color—making sure we first select the text color—and then feel free to choose whatever color you'd prefer. I'll use Color 2. As one final change, let's change it from uppercase and lowercase to All Caps.

There we go—and this looks pretty good. I like the look of this. In fact, with this title right here, we can use it as a standard for many of our other pages.

So to do this, let's copy this title by selecting the Text Frame and hitting CTRL+C. Let's now work on a Master Page within the Pages Panel. Since this is not going on all pages, we don’t want to work within our current Master Pages. Instead, we want to create an additional set of Master Pages.

We're going to right-click A-Master, and since we're going to use A-Master as our base, we'll select New Master and base it on A-Master. Now our B-Master—or whatever prefix we decide to give it—is going to follow the same characteristics as A-Master. We'll now click OK. From here, we're working within our B-Master, which we can see is selected. With B-Master selected, let's hit CTRL+V to paste the title we created.

We'll then take that title and move it all the way to the top here so it’s on these first two lines. Let's also copy it, hitting CTRL+C and CTRL+V again, and place it on the right side of the B-Master, lined up between our margins. From here, we can retitle this—rather than “Firm Profile, ” simply type “Title.” We'll do the same thing over here, and we’ve now completed a change to establish a standard B-Master.

Therefore, if we go back into Pages 4 and 5 and double-click, we’ll see that we don’t yet have these changes from the B-Master. That’s because Pages 4 and 5 are not assigned to B-Master. To fix this, we’re going to hold Shift and make sure both pages are selected, then right-click and go to Apply Master to Pages. This allows us to apply B-Master to Pages 4 and 5—or whichever pages we choose.

We'll click OK, and here we see the titles we created. Let’s delete the original “Firm Profile” by hitting Delete, and now we can change these titles. Remember, to change something from a Master Page, we have to hold CTRL+Shift and then click it. From here, we'll type out “Firm Profile” again.

We'll do the same thing on the right side—holding CTRL+Shift and clicking—and again we’ll type “Firm Profile.” For many of the other pages, we’ll also be utilizing these titles, so this approach will be applicable. Next, within the firm profile page, let's also add an Image Frame.

We'll utilize our Rectangle Frame Tool and start right about here. We'll drag a frame down, giving ourselves a little space at the bottom. In this case, I’ll leave it so it’s about halfway across the page. We've now set up our firm profile page and we're ready to work on the next page as well.

Let’s save our work for now by hitting CTRL+S on the keyboard to save, and in the next video, we’re going to be stylizing Page 4 for our firm profile.
