Using Claude and other free, publicly available AI tools as your personal preparation coach, you'll learn how to prepare for and navigate the conversations most people avoid, delay, or mishandle at work and in life. Difficult conversations don't get easier with time. Walking in unprepared, or relying on language that doesn't sound like you, can make them harder. Whether you're addressing a performance issue, working through conflict with a peer, delivering feedback to someone who doesn't receive it well, preparing for a high-stakes discussion with leadership, or navigating a challenging situation outside of work, this course gives you a clear, step-by-step approach to using AI effectively.
