This course is designed for employees who are new to leadership or have been recently promoted. It supports those stepping into leadership roles or with three years or less of experience, whether in formal or informal positions such as supervisor, manager, Project Manager, or team lead.

You can choose when to start your access period. Once you activate, you will have 30 days to complete it (access the course materials, quizzes, projects and videos).
