AI Security Fundamentals for the Cyber Workforce
Give the whole cyber workforce a working command of how AI and machine-learning systems get attacked and defended, anchored in MITRE ATLAS, the OWASP LLM Top 10, and the NIST AI RMF.
Give the whole cyber workforce a working command of how AI and machine-learning systems get attacked and defended, anchored in MITRE ATLAS, the OWASP LLM Top 10, and the NIST AI RMF.
Most organizations consume AI rather than build it, which means every security professional now has to treat AI systems as part of the attack surface. This foundational course expects general cybersecurity knowledge and no AI/ML background at all. It sets out what AI and machine-learning systems actually are in security terms, then works through the AI threat landscape by way of MITRE ATLAS, the risks that come with LLM-based applications by way of the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, and the widening attack surface that autonomous AI agents introduce.
Participants tie all of it back to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and finish with the practical defenses and workforce habits that fold AI into ordinary security work — inventory, input and output filtering, least-privilege tool access, monitoring, and the human review gates that catch what automation misses.

Twelve hours live on securing AI and ML systems as systems — adversarial machine learning, prompt injection, model integrity, and the AI supply chain — closing with a threat-modeling workshop.
Choose Securing AI/ML Systems if you want hands-on engineering work rather than this awareness-level survey.
Twelve hours live on AI red teaming and assurance: running an engagement, matching technique to attack surface, building an auditable assurance case, and testing agentic systems. No lab needed.
Choose AI Red Teaming and Assurance if you're ready for advanced, hands-on adversarial testing rather than a foundational overview.
Eight hours live on AI security monitoring and incident response — the four monitoring categories, a signals table mapping what you see to what it means, and containment actions specific to AI systems.
Choose AI Security Monitoring and Incident Response if you want operational monitoring and response skills specifically.
A full pass through governance, risk and compliance — including FAIR quantification and an applied SEC materiality determination — for the person who has to turn technical findings into a defensible risk decision.
Choose Cyber Risk Management & GRC if you want to focus on risk framing and reporting rather than the technical AI threat landscape.
