What Classes Are Available?

The selection of available classes at IT Trainings Kebel covers practically the entire gamut of subjects that anyone working in a modern office might ever need. For those interested in studying web development and learning the languages it involves, no fewer than 16 different seminars in Java alone are available from IT Trainings Kebel. Class Formats

IT Trainings Kebel offers its public classes in two modalities: in-person seminars at one of their various locations throughout Germany and webinars that bring the class to the student using one of a number of teleconferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Webex, etc.). The school even makes it possible for webinar students to “borrow” the relevant software for the duration of their course.

The school also arranges classes for individual companies (Firmenschulungen), which can be hosted at one of the school’s locations around the country, or taken in-house to the client’s office. The curricula of these corporate courses can be tailored to suit the needs of any organization.

Classes are given to a minimum of one and a maximum of eight students. Students are provided with written class materials, and, for a month following the end of the class, the school offers telephone support for the material covered in class.

Among the Adobe classes, the three-day Photoshop introduction is €940 (roughly $965) and the two-day advanced course will cost the student €740 (approximately $759). Those prices apply as well to the seminars in In Design and Illustrator. With Premiere, the introductory course is priced at €840 (about $862); the lone AfterEffects class carries the same price tag.

The basic HTML class is priced at €1250 (roughly $1280), with the follow-up costing €1100 ($1130). The SEO I class is priced at €790 ($810), and, to give an example of the many soft skills classes on offer, the voice-training workshop mentioned above costs €690 (approximately $710) to attend.

All the above prices do not include MwSt. at 19%.

Some of IT Trainings Kebel’s seminars are eligible for government funding, including, for example, the €500 Bildungsscheck (education check) available from the Nordrhein-Westfalen Ministerium für Arbeit, Gesundheit und Soziales.

There are no career support services on offer from IT Trainings Kebel as its business model is geared towards upskilling the already employed. There are, however, several courses in the school’s soft skills department that focus on career development.
