Power BI is well known as an industry leader for streamlining the process from data to insights. This fully featured app enables you to build interactive data visualizations such as charts, graphs, maps, and other colorful representations of data that are both informative and visually appealing. Power BI is a robust tool, giving you full control over the look and feel of your visualizations to create dynamic reports and dashboards.
In this training, you’ll learn to import data from various sources (such as Excel, Text/CSV, SQL, and more) using Power Query. You’ll then explore, structure, analyze, and filter the data to create visualizations. Aggregate the data (using SUM, COUNT, MIN/MAX functions) to gain insights. You’ll also begin to learn about Power BI’s DAX language, which powers its data visualizations.
