This 6-hour beginner Microsoft Project course introduces students to the tools and concepts needed to successfully manage projects. Use Microsoft Project to solve real-world problems in this two-day, beginner-level course which teaches basic project conception and project drafting skills. Participants also learn how to manage resources, including human resources, finalize a project plan, create periodic status reports, reuse plan information, and effectively multitask among different projects. This course serves as 14 PMI CE hours.
