This section concludes with a capstone project where students apply their newly acquired project management knowledge. The second section of the bootcamp is Advanced Project Management, where students will take a deeper dive into the topics and concepts covered in the first section and discover more advanced managerial concepts, including task analysis, the critical path method, planning, and developing project timelines.

While students learn about the Initiation phase, they will learn how to identify, select, charter, and scope a project. As students progress to the Planning phase, they will discover how to break down work and distribute tasks, define and sequence activities, create network diagrams, estimate activity resources, establish start and completion times, and much more.
