Key Insights

  • The article discusses how to use a project browser for quick and efficient application of final revisions to all sheets of a project.
  • It emphasizes the need to check the sheet index periodically to identify any sheets where revisions have not been applied.
  • Before final printing, the article recommends a thorough scan of every view to ensure all information is accurate and the presentation is visually appealing.

Note: These materials offer prospective students a preview of how our classes are structured. Students enrolled in this course will receive access to the full set of materials, including video lectures, project-based assignments, and instructor feedback.

Now comes the tedious part where we have to grab all of those midterm sheets and make sure we apply that final revision to them. And it's really not too bad because we only have a few of them. But I can do all that from the project browser, if you recall, picking each sheet and then setting the appropriate revision.

And you can see which ones have not been applied by just looking at your sheet index here. So I need to get 202 now, and then 203. And now I have all the current revisions applied correctly to all of my sheets.

And so the last thing I'd want to do is make sure I've got the information filled out correctly on each sheet, and then do one last scan of every view to make sure everything looks pretty good. And then we can go ahead and print it to PDF.
