Printing Layouts & Exporting Text
Printing from InCopy
Go to File > Print.
Choose the desired printer from the Printer menu at the top.
- From the View menu, you can choose to print:
- A Layout view which looks just like the InDesign/InCopy layout.
- Or a Galley & Story view which is just the text.
Exporting Text As a Rich Text File
Go to File > Export.
At the bottom of the window, set the Format to Rich Text Format.
Click Save.
