Copyfitting
The Copyfit Info Toolbar
When you are typing, keep an eye at the bottom of the screen. It will tell you how well the copy is fitting by displaying one of these three messages.
Copyfitting in Galley View
Because the Galley view shows accurate line breaks, it also shows Copyfit info right in the text so you can see the exact text that is overflowing.
Copyfitting in Layout View
In Layout view, you will not be able to see the text that doesn’t fit. To indicate there is overflow text, a red plus box will appear at the bottom right of the text frame. Use the Copyfit toolbar at the bottom of the screen as a guide when writing to fit.
