This introductory course provides a solid foundation in AutoCAD, focusing on essential tools and techniques for creating professional drawings. Students will learn how to print and plot layouts, work between model space and paper space, and scale drawings using viewports. The course also covers inserting blocks, adding text, creating dimensional drawings, and managing layers and templates. No prior AutoCAD experience is required.

Note: This course is designed for PC users. In-person sessions are conducted on PC only. Mac users may attend online but should be aware that the Mac AutoCAD interface differs from the PC version, which is the focus of instruction.
