This class is perfect for anyone who enjoys Asian flavors and wants to learn more about how to recreate these flavors and techniques at home! In this fun, hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step in recreating this popular noodle soup dish, renowned for its rich broth, abundance of noodles and endless toppings! You will firstly be trained in some foundational knife skills used to chop all of your fresh ingredients. You will then learn how to balance flavors to create your Ramen broth and the addition of various vegetables. You will have the choice to make a Tori-Kara Black Ramen with chicken broth, breaded & fried chicken, and vegetables or Veggie Ramen using a veggie broth and stir fried vegetables. Guests will get to make their own Ramen noodles from scratch! Practice your pasta making skills with a Japanese twist. Cook your noodles and add all the extras that make this deliciously authentic dish! Once you have created your Ramen sensations, you can have fun customizing your bowl with a variety of traditional garnishes and toppings before enjoying your creation with your new found foodie friends! No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
