This beginner UX course is a 40-hour in-person or online program aimed at giving students the fundamentals to succeed in the fast-paced field of UX. Students build skills quickly through GA's hands-on approach, and students will build experience with two of the most common platforms in the industry: Sketch and Invision. Using industry-standard tools and techniques, students use the platforms to create motion graphics and develop video post-production skills. Specific Premiere topics include project setup, title creation, editing techniques, multicam edits, storyboarding, and color correction. Specific After Effects topics include workflow management, dynamic text, color correction, motion techniques, and video tracking.

Working with Photoshop, InDesign Illustrator, and Bridge, participants explore topics like imaging, painting, retouching, illustrating, adding color, using drawing tools, building documents, and working with text, styles, and graphics.

Fireworks topics include vector graphics, masking, and symbols; Photoshop topics include drawing, retouching, and feathering; Flash topics include panel groups, timeline, and merge functions; Dreamweaver topics include code navigation, design layout, and CSS/HTML starter pages.

This UX design bootcamp is a beginner-friendly 1-day workshop designed for individuals hungry to learn UX basics. In this hands-on workshop, students will work alongside experts to learn how humans engage with websites, discover who the key players are in the field of UX, and work through a design thinking exercise. Students will also practice various aspects of UX, including the design, research, sketching, and testing skills needed to succeed on any UX team.

This 2-day product design course is a beginner-friendly bootcamp designed for individuals aiming to learn the full scope of the product development and design lifecycle. In this hands-on bootcamp, students will be introduced to a range of sessions to provide students with a richer understanding of the product design journey. On day one, students learn UX fundamentals, story mapping, concept validation, storytelling methods, and more. Day two picks up with concept pitched, design fundamentals and heuristics, UI patterns, sketching, prototyping, prototype design, and testing, and concludes with student presentations.
