Learn the practice of Reiki, an ancient form of energy healing. In this course, participants will explore the history and metaphysics of the practice and are introduced to its full range of healing benefits. Students will be certified in Level I and II Reiki healing upon successful completion.

This Reiki course will teach participants how to use spiritual healing and energy transfer techniques to promote relaxation and emotional balance. Students are guided through hands-on practice to master techniques such as Reiki treatments, meditation, and visualization. They will also explore topics such as positive affirmations, the Reiki principles, and the history of Reiki.
