Students will also walk through the planning process, run sprints, and explore best practices around process improvements, such as sprint reviews and retrospectives.
This project management course is a 1-day bootcamp designed for individuals who are looking to better understand the best practices around managing projects. Students in this bootcamp learn the four phases of project planning, two project management styles (traditional and agile), and how to establish a project schedule, budget, and resource plan. Students will also learn how to understand risk and prepare for any project snags, the best procedures for meeting management, and effective communication when working with clients and other key stakeholders.
