This fan dance class offers an engaging, safe environment where participants can explore the art of fan dancing. Through theory and practical exercises, learners will master basic techniques such as balance, posture, and core control and expand their knowledge of fan dance choreographies. Special emphasis is given to connecting with the music and exploring individual creativity and self-expression.

This floorwork for grounding & strength course is designed to help participants hone their skills and increase physical strength. Through an array of pole dance exercises, learn how to stay grounded, improve your balance and build strength in the core. This unique course focuses on increasing control and coordination in your body movements.

This course will introduce participants to expressive dance, integrating sensual and spiritual elements for heightened self-expression. Dancers will explore poses and techniques to create a combination of control and abandon with the addition of a chair as a prop. Students will gain increased flexibility, fluidity, range, and grace in their movements.
