Admissions Process

The admissions process for Metis’s Data Science Bootcamp is selective and takes place in three phases. The admissions committee first reviews a student’s online application to see if a candidate is qualified for enrollment based on their technical skills, work and educational background, and post-bootcamp goals. Students who advance to the second round of consideration are then invited to a 30-minute interview with an admissions representative. The goal of this non-technical interview is to provide the committee with additional information on the applicant, as well as determine if the program is a good match for their learning needs. Pricing & Payment Options

Metis courses have different costs depending on the learning platform and duration of study. Part-time courses such as Beginner Python & Math for Data Science and Introduction to Data Science both cost $750. Short immersive courses cost $3,500 for the live online format and $2,500 for those who wish to study in the online flex format. Online flex bootcamps cost between $7,000 and $14,000, whereas live online bootcamps are slightly more expensive, running between $9,000 and $18,500.

For those who are accepted into a Metis bootcamp, an initial $1,500 deposit is required within one week of signing the enrollment agreement. This amount includes a non-refundable registration fee of $100. At this point, students have the option of paying the remainder of tuition costs in three monthly installments.
