This is a hands-on course designed to teach beginning quilters the basics of quilt construction. You will learn about material selection, color coordinating, cutting, piecing, and quilting techniques, as well as design and pattern development. You will also have the chance to start on a simple quilt of your own.

This is a beginner-level course in sewing. Participants will learn the basics of sewing, including how to use a sewing machine, select fabrics, and lay out patterns. By the end of the course, participants will be able to create simple garments and other fabric-based items.

This is a two-hour course that teaches participants the basics of creating a proper top garment out of fabrics. Students will learn various measuring and cutting techniques. In addition, they'll practice seam configuration and work with buttons, buttonholes, and facings. Ultimately, students will finish by creating a Bondi Top. With instruction from an experienced teacher, students will leave with the knowledge and confidence needed to create garments from textiles.

In this course, participants will learn a range of sewing techniques that will enable them to create beautiful Dresden sunflower placemats. Participants will be guided through the entire process from learning the basic stitches to adding quilting finishing touches. All skill levels are welcome!

Through demonstrations and hands-on practice, beginners will learn how to use a sewing machine, create seams, and make a pro-level serged finish easily. All materials are provided so participants can embrace their creative side and take home a custom-made t-shirt!

This intermediate quilting class offered in Chicago is perfect for quilters looking to take their skills to the next level. Participants will learn important concepts such as calculating fabric yardage, understanding primary quilting tools, constructing blocks, and mastering versatile finishing methods.

This course offers participants the opportunity to enhance their embroidery skills through a hands-on experience in textile art. It lays emphasis on practicing basic stitches and creating strikingly unique designs centered around a cheese theme. By the end of this program, individuals will have produced an embroidered hoop of their own design to take home.

This is a sewing course designed to introduce participants to making pajama pants in knit on a serger. Students will gain hands-on experience, learning techniques such as threading a serger and understanding how to handle knit fabric. By the end of the course, each participant will have made a pair of pajama pants to take home.
