# Word Expert Certification Program

## Overview

The Microsoft Word Expert Certification Bundle includes both Level I and Level II classes. The bundle covers the exam cost (including a free retake), four hours of private tutoring before the exam, and complimentary proctoring. It also includes free retake of the courses. You may choose to replace the exam with one additional hour of private tutoring.

- Prepare for the Microsoft Word Expert Exam with private tutoring.

 Whether customizing training classes for diverse corporate clients or leading hybrid classes on site, Grace truly enjoys creating an interactive learning environment in which students feel comfortable to participate, expand, and thrive. She has effectively delivered both full-day classes and focused one-hour modular sessions for organizations ranging from small non-profits such as OnPointNYC to large network systems like the NYPD and NYU Langone Health.
