This four-day course will prepare you to pass the Project Management Professional, or PMP®, exam. PMI developed the PMP® exam as the gold standard in project management certifications. It is designed for experienced project managers who want to solidify their experience and pursue an official career in project management. In this intensive course, you'll review the five stages of project management, the forty-nine processes, the ten knowledge areas for project management, and the features of the PMP® exam.
