## Overview

In this financial analyst program, you'll build basic and intermediate Excel skills, review corporate finance and financial accounting concepts, and construct a comprehensive valuation model for a public company. This bootcamp is the most effective and affordable way to gain the skills you need to succeed at a top financial firm. The program covers core Excel skills, giving you a strong foundation with formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, and shortcuts. You'll also dive into advanced Excel for financial modeling, learning techniques like Goal Seek, financial functions, shortcuts, and cash flow projection tools. On the finance side, you'll review accounting, corporate finance, and valuation concepts, including enterprise value, financial statement analysis, DCF modeling techniques, and corporate valuation principles.

The program wraps up with financial modeling, where you'll build an integrated 3 statement financial model and create a DCF model for a public restaurant company using current financial data. You'll work through company presentations, earnings releases, and financial reports to determine the model drivers and assumptions. Applying valuation principles, you'll derive a value per share and evaluate the equity as a potential investment. Prior knowledge of finance and accounting is helpful but not required, since these topics are covered throughout the program. Attendees will receive a short pre learning guide one week before the course begins.

## What you'll learn

- Work with Discounted Cash Flow Modeling, Corporate Valuation, and Leveraged Buyout Modeling techniques
- Learn the basics of key financial accounting concepts, including market capitalization, enterprise value, and accrual and cash accounting
