- **Contracts & Their Role in Project Execution:** Study the different types of contracts used in construction projects and understand their role in ensuring project success. This knowledge will help you navigate legal agreements and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Safety, Quality, & Site Logistics Plans:** Learn the importance of safety and quality plans and how to implement them. Additionally, you’ll gain insight into site logistics, phasing plans, and how to manage job site issues for a smooth workflow.
- **Document Control & Site Issue Tracking:** Understand the processes for managing submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and document control. Learn how to track site issues and maintain accurate records to ensure that projects stay on schedule and meet all regulatory requirements.
