# Client Operations & Practice Management Tool (Self-Paced)

## Overview

A project-based, self-paced course where you build one real application from an empty folder to a deployed, AI-powered product: the back office for any client-based business. You build a tool that tracks clients, schedules and tracks sessions, captures session notes that Claude cleans up and turns into a next-session focus, and runs invoicing with paid, unpaid, and overdue tracking plus Claude-drafted payment reminders, all persisted to a hosted database. 

This course assumes you have completed the AI Coding Bootcamp with Claude Code, or have equivalent experience: you already know how to direct Claude Code, scaffold a Next.js app, work with a database, and deploy. Here you put it all together to ship a product a real practitioner could use on Monday.

## What you'll learn

- Translate business needs into a database for clients, sessions, notes, and invoices
- Build a secure CRUD app with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Postgres, and user login
- Track client packages, session status, attendance, hours, and remaining balances
- Use the Claude API to clean up notes, create summaries, and suggest next-session goals
- Manage invoices, overdue balances, and editable AI-generated payment reminders
- Secure client data, deploy the app, and complete a pre-launch QA checklist
