## Overview

In this advanced BIM Construction Documents course, students explore how to design 3D models in Revit that simultaneously generate detailed construction documentation. The course includes two major projects: creating a small residential building to understand primary Revit concepts and then applying those skills to design a 3D model of a commercial building. 

- **Understand Primary Revit Concepts & BIM Integration:** Learn the fundamental Revit concepts and how they integrate with Building Information Modeling (BIM). This will help you understand the core processes of 3D modeling and project documentation.
- **Design a 3D Building Model & Interrelated Information:** Explore how to design a comprehensive 3D building model while understanding how information in the model is interrelated. This will enhance the ability to create accurate and detailed building designs.
- **Develop Floors, Walls, Ceilings, & Roof Design:** Build a project that includes essential building components such as floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, curtain walls, and roofs. Gaining hands-on experience strengthens both your 3D modeling and 2D documentation skills.
- **Create Professional-Level Graphics & Catalog Information:** Develop presentation-level architectural graphics and learn how to catalog building information using schedules. This helps make sure your final model is both informative and visually polished.
