## Overview

In this second part of the BIM Construction Documents series, students take the building and site models from BIM 301 and transform them into a complete set of architectural construction documents. You will learn to produce progress sets of construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevation views, as well as develop schedules and keynotes directly from the BIM model.

- **Prepare Architectural Construction Documents:** Learn how to prepare a full set of construction documents by incorporating the site and building models from BIM 301. You will gain the skills to produce organized and detailed documentation for professional use.
- **Develop Progress Sets for 30/60/90/100 Percent Deliverables:** Understand how to create progress sets of construction documents reflecting various stages of project completion. Learn to manage deliverables at different milestones, ensuring that the project stays on track.
- **Produce Plan, Section, & Elevation Views:** Create detailed plan, section, and elevation views that are suitable for sheet layout. This will ensure that every aspect of the project is documented accurately and clearly for construction teams.
- **Keynote Elements & Develop Schedules & Details:** Learn to keynote project elements within the model and develop schedules directly from the BIM model. You will also create architectural details, ensuring all aspects of the design are fully communicated in the construction documents.
