Fins and Foam Freediving

This online introduction to freediving course teaches participants the fundamentals of freediving, such as breathing and breathing control techniques, as well as the safety and physical aspects of the sport. Participants will build confidence by learning about freediving safety, equipment, and advanced techniques. Students are introduced to the philosophy, mental preparation, and relaxed approach needed to succeed in the waters.
