Book Creation

When doing a large book it is helpful to be able to synchronize styles across all the chapters. That way if you change a style in one chapter (such as the color of a heading) it can be automatically changed in all the other chapters. Also, you can link your table of contents to include entries from all your different chapters. Sweet!
