Artwork was drawn by hand and converted to vector and/or bitmap formats through scanning and tracing on screen. Asphodel Press/Raven Kaldera, Editor Contributed mixed media illustrations to a tarot deck with a Norse mythology theme. Followed editor's specifications and conducted research on symbols that were to be used. Prepared artwork for print publication and web display. Widesphere Films/Wendy Jo Cohen, Director Drew three battle scenes for "The Battle of Pussywillow Creek," a documentary of an imaginary Civil War battle. The drawings were made to look like authentic battlefield sketches. Brigada Antonio Valero Illustrated and designed original logo for Puerto Rican activist organization. Prepared artwork for printing on brochures, posters, and T-shirts. Skills Software (PC/Mac): Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, working knowledge of the rest of Adobe CS4 and earlier versions, GIMP, Inkscape, Microsoft Office Suite, FTP, Wordpress publishing client and similar blogging software. Appliances: Flatbed and book scanners, digital cameras, photocopiers, fax machine, etching and linoleum printing presses. Fine Art: Printmaking (etching, wood, and linoleum), collage/decoupage, crochet, painting (acrylic, watercolor, gouache), pen and ink, colored pencil, excellent hand and computer sketching ability. Education State University of New Paltz (Graduated in May 2004) Coursework in Printmaking and Graphic Design. Founder and Editor of Cartoonist Club magazine 2002-2004.
