I have 10+ years experience in design and production of brochures, annual reports (Logitech, Cisco, Mercury Interactive), catalogs (Stanford U, Avon/James River Traders), packaging (Adobe, Cisco, Incyte Pharmaceuticals, Jerry Rice), data sheets (Apple, Cisco, Verisign), logos (LeMond, myCIO, Ariba), branding collateral (Financial Engines, Mercury Interactive), large format trade show graphics (nCircle, Adobe), and web pages (Stanford U, Financial Engines). I have 2.5 years magazine design and L/O experience working with photographers and illustrators negotiating fees, scheduling photoshoots, and purchasing rights for print and web, as well as writing and editing captions and copy, and proofreading experience. I have worked as part of a team and can take projects from start to completion with little supervision. I am detailed and deadline oriented. I am currently being tutored in Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks, using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
I would like to work at least part time or freelance in a design studio, an advertising agency, or for a magazine. |
