Templates: Repeating and Optional Elements

There is more to Dreamweaver’s templates than updating content across files. You can turn items, such as table rows, into repeating regions. Then you can easily add, remove or even rearrange them! Once you’ve set up a template it’s easier to manage the content, or you can even have someone who doesn’t know Dreamweaver enter information for you!

Optional template elements allow you to have items that may be on some pages and not on others. It’s as simple as checking a box to show or hide them, so you have greater flexibility with your template designs.
